The engineering course is offered in both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The B.Tech / BE course is 4-years and divided into 8 semesters. While the M.Tech / ME course is 2-years and divided into 4-semesters.

Eligibility
B.E / B.Tech
  • The students must have completed their 10+2 with aggregate score of 50% and above to pursue B.E/B.Tech.
  • The students are required to qualify many entrance exams like KCET/ COMED-K/ JEE/ JEE-Advanced/ institution-based entrance exams.
  • The candidate must have an age between 17 to 25 years to apply for the BE/BTech course.

M.E / M.Tech
  • The candidates should have completed their B.Tech/BE in any stream.
  • The candidates should have qualified entrance exams like GATE/ PGCET/ JEE Main/ institution-based entrance exams.
  • The students must have scored minimum of 50% aggregate in their B.Tech/BE degree.
Affiliations and Approval

    The B.Tech/BE course is offered both in Government University and Deemed universities. Before joining any engineering course, it is very essential for the students to understand the difference between Deemed University and Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU)(Government university).

  • A Deemed University is quite simply an institution which provides high standards in a specific area of study. The deemed university is termed as deemed to be university by the central government upon the advice of the UGC.
